Screenvision Appoints Brian Keys as General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Business Development

New York, N.Y. - (June 26, 2006)

Screenvision, the leader in cinema advertising, today announced the appointment of Brian Keys as general counsel and senior vice president of business development. Keys will be based in Screenvision’s New York office, and will direct the company’s business development policies and initiatives, and manage all corporate legal matters. The announcement was made by Matthew Kearney, president and chief executive officer of Screenvision.

Keys carries more than 12 years of legal counsel experience within the media industry. In his new role, he will utilize his extensive business and media expertise to assess new potential growth markets, and analyze promising business opportunities that will foster Screenvision’s rapidly-growing business. Additionally, in conjunction with advancing the company’s business development, Keys will handle all corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and business proposals.

“We are very pleased to welcome Brian to Screenvision’s senior management team,” said Kearney. “As our company has grown in size and stature as a result of our focused efforts on theatre innovation and multimedia integration, we saw the need to bring in an experienced in-house counselor. Brian’s business acumen and legal expertise will become tremendous assets to Screenvision, and I look forward to working with him as our company continues to establish itself as a leading force in the world of in-cinema advertising.”

Prior to joining Screenvision, Keys served as executive director of contracts for Time Warner Inc., where his responsibilities included facilitating cross-divisional development and alliances, developing contract strategies, negotiating commercial agreements, and overseeing the implementation of strategic sourcing partnerships. From 1999 to 2004, he worked as assistant general counsel for America Online, Inc., following a three-year stint as associate counsel for Warner Music Group (1996 to 1999).

A native of California, Keys graduated from Stanford University Law School in 1994, and the University of California at Berkeley (Business Administration) in 1991.

Screenvision will also continue to utilize the legal services of its long-standing outside counsel, Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP.
