Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, implementation and modification of Screenvision’s infrastructure.
• Work with Screenvision’s Helpdesk on escalated service requests; maintain Screenvision’s current telephone system.
• Assist with the administration/maintenance of Screenvision’s WAN, computer systems, and software.
• Work with project teams to help implement internal advertising and financial systems.
• Act as a member of Screenvision’s rotating weekly on-call system; weekend and after hours work may be necessary at times.
• Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, disaster recovery, all helpdesk activities at the regional level, and provide expert support when necessary.

Experience Required:

Qualifications:
• Degree in computer science, computer information systems or related technical diploma is required.
• Advanced degree in a related area is preferred, but not required.
• At least 1-4 years of experience in the information technology field is required.
• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task. Good problem-solving ability and interested in learning.
• Excellent time management and job prioritization skills required.
• Ability to interact well with other departments, work individually or as part of a group on special projects.

Required Technical Qualifications:
• MS Exchange 2007/2010, Server 2003/2008, VMware, MS SQL Server, Oracle 11.x, SharePoint, familiarity with content and identity management systems. Familiarity with IP Telephony is necessary.
• OS – Windows, Linux, UNIX.
• 2X, Group Policy, Printer Management Experience.
• Experience with routers and switches – minimum of Cisco CCNA desired, but not required.
• Microsoft Active Directory 2003/2008.
• Network protocols and routers: Reliable Transport, IP, TCP/IP, GigE, 100BT and fiber channel.
• Ability to lead and participate in large implementations and migrations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus.
